RPG Maker Web has announced that the English-language version of RPG Maker VX Ace will be released

March 15

In only 2 weeks, you will be able to get your own, legitimate copy of RMVX Ace! The price tag is $90 USD, through digital download only (at this time). Preorders start March 1 (that's tomorrow!), which will come with a discount and some bonus material.

While I'm glad that they're finally coming out with an english version. $90 is a bit steep for me. I'll most likely wait for them to have a sale of some sort, which will hopefully drop it to $60 or $70.

Okay, it's still $5 around your ideal price range, but you can get ACE for $75 if you pre-order.

I was originally hoping for a price of $60, but I figure $75 isn't bad. I figure that the extra money is for the pre-order bonus materials.

You've always been able to sell games made with RPG Maker (XP, VX and now VX Ace) ... as long as you own it and use the RTP material or others that you have permission to use.
